Lol… if Paracrooks cared, they wouldn’t make games chopped into 30+ DLC, some of which are released together with the game.
Doesn’t work for me
I don’t have an issue with starting the game but when I do it gives an error:
“Couldn’t save settings” whatever that means. I haven’t even touched them yet
Anyway, I try starting the tutorial, get shown my character and when I press play the loading screen freezes.
Anybody encountered this?
Stuck at loading on startup. it is running on adminstrator.

I got crash after one 1 h play dwar campain first mssion third fight got lighting from sky after that crash
Game worked well first time (I got stuck on loading at startup but reinicializing the windows solved it) but when I closed the game using alt + F4 it don´t worked anymore. I try to open it and get a crash report to send to paradox. Tried to open the report to see the problem and it´s empty.
Already tried to unninstal and reinstall a couple of times without sucess.
Solved the crash report problem unninstaling it again and removing the folder inside the documents/age of wonders and reinstalling the game again.
Well I found out the reason for the crashes on loading screens.
On the paradox forums several people had the same problem. Apparently the game has issues with Dual-core processors.
Supposedly the devs are working on a fix.
It’d be real nice if we could get that as well
Running into a save issue. Can’t save settings ie video/graphic settings and auto game save is broken. Any fix?
There is an issue with dual core CPUs, you get that freeze on loading screen. They fixed it on steam, hopefully someone will provide some sort of a fix here as well.

It’s seems to fix the problem of being stuck on loading mission screen for people who have 2 core CPU and for whom “run as admin” doesn’t work…

For ones who have problem for not saving settings get to the c:\User\\Documents
Somewhere there should be “Paradox Interactive” file Delete it and relaunch the game(folder should be recreated)
If you still have problems and map doesn’t loads. Most likely you have dual core processor and this version currently has a bug which crashes on dual core processors, there should be a patch floating on the steam. But in both bugs it is not Skidrow’s fault, it is a game this time for sure. Possibly next patch upload it would be fixed.

Had to disable Defenders realtime protection service in order to get this to work… otherwise it just hangs at the startup screen. Defender says it a trojan but I’m running it on a sandboxed VM so I’ll risk it!
