launched game fine once, changed to exclusive fullscreen and now it wont launch, black screen tiny whit box in the corner. reinstall wont fix it and cannot find a config file to change away from fullscreen to even test. my industrious dwarves will never be
Had the same problem. Install the game again and open the nvidia geforce experience panel (if you have an nvidia graphics card installed along with the geforce experience program). Find the game there, hit details, and revert the settings to default (or just the display mode to “Borderless”). This fixed the issue for me. Just make sure not to switch back to fullscreen. I don’t know though if there is a similar program if you have a Radeon graphics card installed.
Go to Documents>paradox>config and delete the text file then launch the game.

Still no campaigns or story or flavor texts for enemies. It feels like only made for multiplayer if you have friends
