Actually, considering the way things like this usually work it’s their first resort. When it becomes obvious that there’s no risk involved and basically everyone is using it without a second thought they try to get court ordertts to close pirate sites down. THAT is their last resort.
Past examples:
Napster – they tried telling people the mp3’s were all viruses. It didn’t work so they took Napster to court.
Bittorrent – same deal. ZOMG all torrent files are viruses. Didn’t work so they took pirate bay to court (the site still exists) and even got court orders making hundreds of ISP’s across the world block known torrent sites.
They’ve tried saying even “normal” cracks are viruses for years, and the reason they get “detected” by heuristic scanning is because anti virus companies deliberately add known cracks to their definition tables.

I think voices38 actually NEEDS hypervisor to make his denuvo free cracks ironically. If I had to guess he’s using a DMA to read the exact memory instructions as the game is booting with the bypass, then figuring out how to surgically remove the denuvo componet from them. It’s no coincidence his rleases came out after the bypass did.

The storyline is entirely a matter of personal preference; some people focus solely on the plot, whilst others see it as merely an added bonus.

The controls on the controller were a bit clunky in the earliest versions, but theyâve been tweaked and feel fine now; future updates will also include customisable button mapping (There are already mods available to modify this.)
As for the inventory capacity, which you donât mind, the lack of a personal storage space was a significant issue initially, particularly as certain items used in the main storyline or notifications couldnât be discarded. The current version has seen a major improvement, though itâs not yet perfect (for example, an equipment display stand would allow players to view gear styles directly without having to open the inventory; this would make the gameâs rather weak equipment differentiation system feel slightly more useful).
As for the quest types, in a single-player game, the tutorial-style quests feel a bit excessive and scattered, resembling an online game. It feels like theyâve simply been ported over to the offline version without being streamlined.

Sure. I’ll directly address each your points while I wait for a download because I’m feeling like a fanboy for the first time in maybe 20 years, where I’m usually very critical and massive cynic about most modern games.
Story/Quests – It’s the same design philosophy as Skyrim, it was done intentionally, and it was successful on this front for all the same reasons. Quests are not there to hold your hand through a highly curated, linear experience (like the Witcher 3 or RDR 2). They are there to push you into the open world, to encourage you to get lost and make your own story.
Controls – Legit issue on launch, but everything worth complaining regarding controls has since been fixed in updates. Controls are subjective though and no game will ever make 100% of people happy.
Puzzles – Genius. Free marketing via solid game design. Required puzzles are obvious, optional puzzles are obtuse, and that’s intentional. Fromsoft does something similar with secrets and side quests in souls games for the same reason. It creates tons of long term engagement, gets people talking about the game, making content, etc. and the resulting flood of content and discussion proves this worked perfectly.
Graphics – Absolutely god tier. There is no other game out to date that looks this good, AND runs this good, AND has a fully open world with no interior/exterior loading screens, AND pulls it all off on old, mid range hardware, all while practically not even having 1% lows. There are games that look a tiny bit better, but they run like shit, and even on the best hardware they STILL have constant stutters, awful 1% lows, much worse pop in, and the exact same RT shimmering issues. You could not be more wrong here and it’s pretty objective.
As for all the hype – There’s a good reason people are constantly comparing it to Skyrim. It’s arguably the largest and most ambitious open world game ever made (not counting procedurally generated filler like in daggerfall). It’s probably the closest thing we’ll ever get to what people wanted out of an Elder Scrolls 6 game (which will never happen, the Bethesda that made ES III-V is long gone and Todd Howard is a fucking clown who should be publicly flayed). It scratches the same itch, but it’s about 4x larger, has far better combat, more interesting systems with more depth to them, more to do, feels more alive, more modern, has way larger and more believable towns, etc, etc. It genuinely has no competition, there’s nothing else anywhere near this size, nothing else this ambitious, nothing else that checks off all the same boxes. This game is still going to be popular in 10+ years just like a good elder scrolls game and for all the same reasons.

The game worked great the first 100 hours then it started crashing randomly during autosaves and trying to fast travel. I was able to fast travel 1000 times and then all of a sudden when I hit a certain point throughout the game it started to crash.
I’m on NVMe Memory (samsung 970pro), 7900 XT, 64 Gigs of Ram, ryzen 5 3600x (still runs games at 20% CPU usage)
The game itself is probably one of the best most in depth games I’ve ever played in my life but I wish it would stop crashing.
It freezes when hitting the loading screen and it even locked me out of the game completely when it autosaved during a certain point and I had to go back and load a slightly further back autosave. I really think it’s an issue with the save functionality.
Keep doing updates until this issue is completely resolved, it might be the manufacturer of the game itself having small issues with device configuration. I really hope they get this issue resolved so I can finish this game and not have to buy it right now. If I have to buy it, I definitely will, but this is the better alternative for the time being so I can save a little money.
If you want to justify the fast-on-demand updates instead to buy something you like without having any worries about updates and stability just for “save a little money”, you’re just an idiot.
If one day the bypass of games will end, i’ll enjoy just to imagine redditards like you suffering.
