no DLCs?
Search for a folder named “dlc”, open it, extract all the DLCs in each folder one by one, run each extracted DLCs one by one to install.
For example, after opening the dlc folder, there are many DLC folders (e.g. dlc032_machine_age), open one of them, extract the ZIP file (e.g. dlc032) using WinRAR or anything that can extract/decompress, run the extracted DLC file (e.g. dlc032.dlc) to install.
Nvm, disregard my previous comment. This does not work in patch 4.0 anymore. You have to download and use Cream Installer or Stellaris DLC Unlocker from GitHub. The DLCs are all in this cracked Stellaris directory already, just that the game doesn’t recognise them.

Just don’t reinstall/replace the cracked Stellaris launcher. Untick the option of reinstall game launcher in Cream Installer/Stellaris DLC Unlocker. If the game launcher is reinstalled, extract/copy & paste from the Stellaris RAR file that you downloaded here to replace the reinstalled launcher.
Bcos the reinstalled game launcher is the official launcher from Steam and won’t work for cracked version of Stellaris.
