How To Play:
1. In the Crack folder from the SPT-3.8.0-28476 folder, copy the contents to
the "Escape from Tarkov" folder
2. Install all provided Additional Software from the Soft folder
3. Move the "Install_EFT" folder to the root of drive C. After that, run
"Install_EFT" 1 time as administrator register.bat from it, you no longer need
to run it. Do not delete the Install_EFT folder!!!
4. Start the server from the file "Aki.Server.exe" along the path
Your "Disk:\Escape from Tarkov", do not close the window until you exit the game
5. Launch the launcher from the file "Aki.Launcher.exe" on the
path Your "Disk:\Escape from Tarkov"
6. Select the type of game and create a profile.
7. Click play and create a character already in the game.

Most stable version is going to be Tarkov v0.14.9.1.30626 with SPT 3.9.8 from the official website.
30626 has had something like 5 SPT updates.
All of these v0.15.*.* Tarkov versions are not official releases and likely just early beta versions of SPT

DO NOT download any of these versions, they don’t work properly. If you want to play the most stable version with ANY mod, you need to download version 30626. Here’s the link: https://www.skidrowreloaded.com/escape-from-tarkov-v0-14-9-1-30626-p2p/
Once downloaded, move the “register” file to your destination folder and run it as an administrator. Then, go to the SPT AKI page and download the latest version from this link: https://spt-releases.modd.in/SPT-3.9.8-30626-a0c79ac.7z
This is the direct link. Extract those files into the SPT AKI directory. Once all this is done, you’ll have the best version to play and the latest SPT version, meaning all mods will work correctly.

POSSIBLE FIX FOR SLUTTERS AND LAG
First of all I want to thank this beautiful site to be extremelly fast into sharing with us this game and the hard work behind this free copy that I have been playing with for so long, Thank you kindly.
Now lets start the work. It happened in the past that I gave up on this game for that little but frustrating lag that costantly annoyed me in the game because of the bad optimization of the game. So I searched in the internet a possible solution for the lag, I gave to this game an ultimatum. But thanksfully I got what I wanted and here it is. A gentleman on reddit posted a NO BULLSHIT GUIDE to how actually fix the lag so that you dont have to drop this game and we can keep downloading from this beautiful site.
This isnt going to magically fix the lag and make completelly garbage pc to work, so keep in mind that you need atleast a medium/medium + to make this thing work. In any case if you are used to truly bad performances then this guide is going to make it way better.
