I did not unlock 3 characters from the last DLC. What can be the cause?

TO UNLOCK THE DLC – EDIT “\BattleForTheGrid_Data\Plugins\x86_64\steam_emu.ini” with notepad and change DLCUnlockall=0 to DLCUnlockall=1
